Shipping Policy: We offer free shipping on orders over $80 within our designated shipping zones. Shipping costs for orders under $80 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. The Maple Trail is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from The Maple Trail are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
30-Day Return Policy: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy.
Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
