At The Maple Trail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and kitchen purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with a straightforward refund process.


1. 30-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer refunds on most items within 30 days of delivery. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Refund Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, items must meet these criteria:

3. Non-Refundable Items

For health, safety, and operational reasons, the following items cannot be refunded:

  • Clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (if applicable)

  • Perishable goods

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products returned after 30 days


4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to Orders → Select the order containing the item

  2. Click Request Refund

  3. Follow the prompts and select reason for return

  4. Print the prepaid return label (if applicable)
